Koni: about judges, basic principles of justice and modernity
Abstract
In this article the author attempted to show the importance of A. F. Koni as a scholar and practitioner for improving judicial activity in general and justice in particular. He focused on the particular relevance of Anatoly Fedorovich’s scientific works in the era of introducing digital technologies into criminal proceedings. As an argument, the author used A. F. Koni’s statements regarding the issues covered.References
