Abstract
The article is dedicated to the memory of Alla Viktorovna Pashkovskaya, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty of Law, Lomonosov Moscow State University. The author tells about the life and creative path of her Teacher and demonstrates her view on solving a number of controversial issues of criminal law, some of which did not have time to find their reflection in her scientific publications.
